Avi & Zu pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver. Silver finishes are refined with a rhodium silver finish to enhance brightness and offer added resistance to tarnishing, while gold finishes are completed with micron gold plating. Like all fine materials, these finishes evolve with time and wear. Gold plating is a surface finish that may naturally soften over time, gradually revealing the sterling silver beneath.

To maintain your pieces at their best, follow these simple guidelines:

• Remove jewellery before sleeping to avoid friction.
• Keep pieces dry and gently pat them with a soft cloth if exposed to moisture.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and harsh chemicals.
• Remove jewellery before intense physical activity to limit exposure to sweat and impact.
• Store each piece separately in a pouch or soft-lined box to prevent scratches and preserve the finish.
